Some of my friends missed out on getting tickets. How can I get extra tickets for a SOLD OUT event?
We are tightly governed by a maximum capacity. Once we reach capacity the event is sold out and we are unable to sell any more tickets. The occasional ticket/s may become available through Eventbrite should there be any changes to the number of guests at the VIP booths.
Are kids permitted?
Our weekend events are strictly 18+. Valid photo ID is required.
When are Seadeck Sunset Cruise’s?
We operate a sunset cruise every Saturday and Sunday from early spring through to summer and potentially longer depending on weather conditions. For exact season duration please check our social media. If your preferred date is not advertised as yet please also stay tuned via social media.

How do I get on board Seadeck? Can I make my own way there via water taxi or private boat?
Seadeck departs from King Street Wharf, Wharf 9. The exact departure time is available in our event info on Facebook or through our ticketing website. Private pick ups and drop offs are limited to VIP tables and MUST be approved by management prior to the event.
What happens if it is raining or really bad weather?
We still endeavour to go out in the rain as we have always done so in the past. On the rare occasion of extremely bad weather we will notify via social media should we need to cancel. However, we do have shade sails that cover a good percentage of the vessel.
How long is your sunset cruise?
Seadeck sets sail for 4.5 hours to view the sunset on Sydney Harbour. The event usually starts around 3pm finishing around 7.30pm. Exact departure and arrival times please check the event info.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase up to 10 tickets at a time via www.seadeck.com.au. GA tickets are a first in first served basis.
I have already purchased tickets but I would like a VIP Table?
You can still do this pending availability, please email the team on firstname.lastname@example.org and don’t forget to mention you already have purchased tickets & you would like to upgrade.
Is Seadeck available for exclusive private hire?
Exclusive hire is available Monday to Friday only with a minimum of 150 guests. Please email email@example.com for more info.
What are my options to book a table for a group?
We have table and catering packages available to suit larger groups. These larger tables are limited and catering options need as much notice as possible so please email firstname.lastname@example.org the earliest you can.
Can I bring a cake?
You are welcome to bring a cake onboard however please note we do not have the space to store cakes in our fridge/ kitchen. We do not provide knives or plates so cupcakes would be easiest option.
Is there public seating available for General Admission ticket holders?
Seating for GA ticket holders is available on a first come first served basis and limited. Be sure to get there early. If you would like a VIP table please email email@example.com
What is included in the ticket price?
It is admission only. Food and Beverage are available onboard.
I am trying to organise a “Hens” or “Bucks” Party
Seadeck practices responsible service of alcohol and has the right to refuse entry to any group or guest. We legally cannot accept “Hens” or “Bucks” party bookings.
Is there a dress code?
We ask all guests to check the weather conditions and dress appropriately. We do also ask no singlets of any kind, thongs, Bridal paraphernalia, heavy jewellery or offensive clothing. We ask for no gang related or heavy tattoos and heavy jewellery. We do ask any guests with tattoos keep them covered best as possible dressing to our smart casual dress code. Security still reserve the right to refuse entry to any group or guest.
Do you offer refunds?
We have a strict no refunds policy so please book your tickets carefully.
Is the boat anchored or does it move around the harbour?
We generally cruise for the first hour before anchoring in the best vantage point for the afternoon.
